Diosdado Cabello Rondón emphasized that US imperialism has attempted all kinds of actions to subdue the Venezuelan people and undermine the Bolivarian Revolution, but when their actions fail, they seek to divide Venezuelan families.
He maintained that “The United States insists, since their actions have had no effect, they say ‘We must continue to apply the acid to Venezuelans: Let’s divide their families’.»
In this regard, he asserted that the US has begun to steal the children of Venezuelans. «This is not a lie, it is a great truth (…) they have already done it to other countries.»
The Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) made this point when referring to the baby Maikelys Espinoza Bernal, kidnapped by the US government and forcibly separated from her mother, Yorelis Bernal, during his «Con el Mazo Dando” (Hitting with the Hammer) program, on its broadcast number 524.
He reaffirmed that the US is lying when it says the baby’s parents are from the Aragua Train. «They are liars, manipulators. If they are from the Tren de Aragua (Aragua Train, defunct criminal gang)) and committed crimes, they should be tried there.»
He also asserted that many actions are promoted from Venezuela «by traitors,» he emphasized, while recalling that it was the extremist opposition that encouraged Venezuelan migration and then blamed the Bolivarian Government.
Cabello pointed out that in light of the US narrative about the Aragua Train, «the story is pure trickery, it’s a lie. They haven’t sent a single member of the Tren de Aragua to Venezuela.»
«The United States lies, lies, and lies a thousand times over to sustain a narrative that, up until now, only they believe,» he said.
