On the way to the Congress of the Bolivarian Historical Block for the 21st Century; almost 6,000 delegates from «all political, social movements and parties of the country, of the revolution, of all social forces and collectives» will be present in Caracas.
These delegates will be arriving between Wednesday (13) and Thursday (14) of the current month to the city of Caracas, to participate in the congress that aims to consolidate the Bolivarian Revolution.
In this context, President Maduro reiterated that more than 100,000 popular assemblies have already been held, in which more than 3,600,000 Venezuelans have contributed with their proposals.
In this regard, the head of State said that now «the landing of more than 500,000 proposals that were systematized in the assemblies must be guaranteed,» because these will be presented and discussed in Congress.
«Tell me, who in Venezuela carries out a process of consultation, dialogue and democratic debate like the one carried out by the Bolivarian Revolutionary Movement? Our Chavista movement! Who, but tell me who, in which political party, which leader calls upon millions of men and women to think for the country, to propose, participate, empower themselves, to build, who?» said the Dignitary, referring to the achievements that have been obtained throughout the revolutionary process.
On the other hand, the national President affirmed that the people of Venezuela has the «sacred force of God,» and that «it is not (about) a man, it is not (about) Maduro, it is a telluric force of history, which is called The People of Venezuela. No one has been able and no one will be able to defeat the People of Venezuela!»
