The Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, within the framework of the «Export Chapter» Economic Council, appointed this Thursday, September 19, Rear Admiral Germán Eduardo Gómez Lárez as the new president of the Bolivarian Ports Institute (Bolipuertos):
«We are in a new stage of revolutionary acceleration, of necessary changes in Venezuela, on all battle fronts, on the social front. And I proceed to sign the Decree of an Intervention Board of the Ports of Venezuela, to overturn the administrative processes, to clean up the country’s ports like we have never done before.»
The National President added that these spaces merit a great renovation and a great reformulation, for which reason he decided to appoint Rear Admiral Germán Eduardo Gómez Lárez as president of the Intervention, Restructuring and Revolutionary Board of the country’s ports, remaining in charge of the position of president of Bolipuertos:
“I am handing you the baton of a key front, do work hard. There is much to do or everything to do, in ports that are advanced from the technological and administrative point of view —clean of corruption—, that facilitate the work of exports and imports and take care of Venezuela in the ports. Take care of the ports and take care of Venezuela in the cleanliness of everything that is exported and of those who import merchandise and capital goods for the economy”.
Maduro determined that we are in a stage of revolutionary acceleration, of necessary changes on a battle front in the social, economic, educational, military, political and institutional spheres:
«Who will bring about the changes to awaken the entire horizon and ensure the future of Venezuela in the 21st century? We will do it, the patriots of Venezuela and that includes the whole Venezuela, because the Homeland is all of us.»
