Premiered book and film about the life and work of Nicolás Maduro

This Sunday was premiered the film “Nicolás” and the book “Nicolás Maduro, Presente y Futuro” was baptised, works that deal with the life of the Venezuelan head of state.

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, attended the premiere event that took place at the Teresa Carreño Theater, Caracas, where he highlighted the work of those who captured his story: “You have done a job that impresses me,” he said.

In my life I had at least two schools: the school of my house, my father and mother, and the school of the teacher, of the giant Hugo Chávez. It was a blessing from God that we had a teacher like him. That’s why no, we can’t fail his example, his dream and continue dreaming big, acting big, because what’s coming is better. Thank you very much, may God bless you. This story will continue,” said the national president during the activity organized by the Future Movement, as reported Presidential Press.

The literary work “Nicolás Maduro, Presente y Futuro” (Nicolàs Maduro, Present and Future) by Ana Cristina Bracho, professor, lawyer and volunteer of the Future Movement, shows a journey of the President through his childhood, youth and his work alongside Commander Hugo Chávez.

Meanwhile, the film “Nicolás” was directed by Greizon Chacón, professor and filmmaker, member of the National Movement of Community Television Networks and volunteer of the Future Movement.

The production lasts 63 minutes and a series of five episodes is planned to be screened daily through social networks.

For his part, the national coordinator of the Future Movement, Héctor Rodríguez, stated that both the written and audiovisual work is part of a collective construction:

It is a collective construction of friends, family, intellectuals, cultors” and “a contribution so that future generations know the stuff of which Venezuelan leadership is made,” said Rodríguez.
