President Maduro inspects areas affected by the rains in Cumanacoa

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, inspected this Tuesday the areas affected by the overflow of the Manzanares River in the Montes municipality, Cumanacoa, Sucre state:

Cumanacoa and the Montes municipality are going to be reborn, this is going to be a special model of house-to-house recovery. We did the first thing, which was to get the food, the water, and to rescue what we could, now we are going to clean everything and recover, this has to be a special model of recovery, that is why I set up the Presidential Command Post, here we are serving to families.”

In turn, he announced the launch of the complete recovery project for Cumanacoa, which will be called “Hugo Chávez”, to recover the affected areas.

It is worth noting that the head of state indicated that they will rebuild homes for those affected by the recent rains after the passage of Hurricane Beryl in the state of Sucre. He highlighted that he remains in constant monitoring of the region to support the people, together with M / G Nayade Lockiby Belmontes, who was designated as the Sole Authority of Cumanacoa, to immediately attend to the people who were left in a situation of victims.

In addition, he reiterated the creation of a fund in bolivars equivalent to one million dollars to support the economic sectors in Cumanacoa with financing, without any conditions.
