The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, visited the “Alí Primera” House Museum in the Los Taques municipality of Falcón state. During his tour, he shared moments with the “Niños Cantores de Paraguaná “ (Singing Children of Paraguaná) and the Cunaviche group, to whom he gave musical instruments to strengthen their talent and creativity.
In this sense, the national leader expressed that Alí Primera, was known as the people’s singer: “He was a prophet of the Revolution, whose songs resonated with strength and passion. His legacy continues to inspire new generations, and his music remains alive in the collective memory.”
Likewise, the head of state recalled what Ali sang to the common people: “The people felt his songs in their souls (…) I felt that Bolívar was returning with Ali’s songs. He was a prophet and left his songs sown forever to the Venezuelan people (…) The time passed, in 1994 the Bolivarian volcano came out with Chávez with these songs and his poetry. We have to bring these songs to all schools, high schools, the Bolivarian volcano is still alive.”
Also, he stated how this artist was persecuted by the fourth republic: «The evil, the cruelty of that fourth republic that wanted to kill him, those phonies who persecuted and censored Ali Primera, are the same ones who want to return, and will not return.»
Various authorities from the national and local government were present at this activity, such as the first Combatant woman, Cilia Flores, the president of the National Assembly ((AN), Jorge Rodríguez, the governor of Falcòn state, Víctor Clark, among others.
