High State Commission against Fascism and Neofascism created in Venezuela

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, creates the High State Commission against Fascism and Neo-Fascism to promptly present before the National Assembly (AN), a Bill against Fascism and all neo-fascist expressions in the exercise of politics and national life, as reported the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, through her account on the X social network, @delcyrodriguez.

The vice president explained that the decision is “in response to the acts of violence that the country experienced in 2014, 2015, 2017; as well as the serious consequences for the country’s economy, sovereignty and territorial integrity compromised by extremist factors that took over the Venezuelan parliament in 2015 to strip Venezuela of its resources and create internal destabilization”.

She indicated that this High Commission is established “in consideration of the international situation whose peace and stability are threatened by neo-fascist expressions festering in power centers serving the global north!” She stressed that in Venezuela “Fascism nor Neo-Nazism will pass.”

It is important to remember that the Public Ministry has recently unveiled new destabilizing plans that seek to create states of violence in several regions of the country, as well as new plots to carry out the assassination of the head of state, Nicolás Maduro.
