Venezuela strengthens trade relations for development in AEC Summit


The 7th Summit of the Association of Caribbean States (AEC) served Venezuela to set a political stance regarding the most recent attacks, but also to strengthen the trade relations that contribute to development.
According to a video released by Presidential Press via Facebook, the Minister of Communication and Information, José Luis Marcano, spoke with the Vice President of Economics, Miguel Perez Abad, who celebrated the strengthening of the Bolivarian Economic Agenda during the meeting.
The approach with the countries of the region serves Venezuela to enter new markets for the acceleration of exports, which will boost the income of foreign exchange, said Perez Abad.
Meanwhile, the Minister of People’s Power for Oil and Mining, Eulogio del Pino, stressed the strategic importance of the energy complementation between Caribbean countries.
“Venezuela complements, from the point of energy, gas and mining point of view, the potential that has the region and contributes to balance the economies. Venezuela plays an extraordinary role of complementation” he said.
