Venezuela celebrates Lula’s victory as president in Brazil

The Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, celebrates the popular victory of the elected president of Brazil, Luiz Inácio “Lula” Da Silva.

Through his account on the Twitter social network (@NicolasMaduro), the Head of State highlighted; “We celebrate the victory of the Brazilian people, who this #30oct, elected @LulaOficial as their new President. Long live the peoples determined to be free, sovereign and independent! Today in Brazil democracy triumphed. Congratulations, Lula! A big hug!”
