Venezuela and Turkey expand cooperation map with signing of three agreements

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, affirmed that with the three agreements signed with Turkey, in the areas of tourism, agriculture and finance, the cooperation map is completed, with more than 54 agreements between both nations.

Accompanied by his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, at the press conference in the city of Ankara, the Head of State specified: “We have a broad map of cooperation, more than 54 agreements, and all of them rapidly developing.”

The National President described the meeting as successful, given a climate of friendship and closeness between both delegations. “There are all the legal, legal, political, economic guarantees to go through a process of expansion between the relations between the two countries.”

He argued that it is time for Turkish investors in Venezuela, in this way tourism, mining, industry, banking, oil, gas, gold and coal will be boosted.

Likewise, President Maduro thanked the highest authority of the Eurasian country for its attention in the most difficult moments of COVID-19 in the country. “Turkey was always there to support us in all the necessary processes for health and to overcome the pandemic”
