Republican Moral Power will deliver this Tuesday list of eligible magistrates to the AN

The Republican Moral Power will deliver this Tuesday, March 22, to the board of directors and the Judicial Nominations Committee of the National Assembly (AN) the observations made to the 271 files of those pre-selected for the positions of magistrates, director of the School of the Magistracy and Inspectors of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ).

The announcement was made by the president of the Republican Moral Power, Elvis Amoroso, who specified that these files were received on March 15 from the hands of the Judicial Nominations Committee of the AN, which had previously made a pre-selection of a total of 434 applicants.

Subsequently, the Republican Moral Power made an exhaustive review and the observations will be consigned this Tuesday to the parliament that will have the task of making the final selection.

It should be noted that on February 4, the Judicial Nominations Committee began the public call for the pre-selection process of those eligible. This process lasted 53 days. Then, on March 15, the Committee delivered the list to the Republican Moral Branch for evaluation.
