GMAV will present proposal to curb smuggling of raw materials

 

The Great Mission Agro-Venezuela (GMAV) within the framework of the 3Rs proposed by President Nicolás Maduro, reviews the processes to move towards a powerful, free and sovereign Venezuela, as reported this Wednesday the People’s Power Minister for Productive Agriculture and Land, Wilmar Castro Soteldo:

“We are (…) doing a thorough review of all the processes that are being developed within the framework of the GMAV,” he said from the headquarters of the ministry for Agriculture in Caracas.

Among the topics addressed, he detailed the frontal fight against smuggling, both extraction and entry of inappropriate merchandise into the country.

The head of the agricultural ministerial portfolio announced that to combat this scourge they have activated one of the vertices that has presented weaknesses; the 9th linked to the issue of security and defense:

“We are designing schemes to strengthen it and an operations order is being created to address the issue of extraction”, he said.

Last Monday, the Head of State ordered the organization of a plan to prevent the escape of production, at the third National Meeting of the Productive Councils of Workers.
