President Nicolás Maduro Moros announced that it was agreed that Deputy Jorge Rodríguez will continue to lead the presidency of the National Assembly for the period 2022-2023
The request was made by the first Vice President of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello during a meeting of the Homeland Bloc with the head of state.
At the meeting, it was announced that Iris Varela will continue to lead the first Vice Presidency of Parliament, while Vanessa Montero, of the We are Venezuela Movement, will assume the second Vice Presidency.
The President indicated that Didalco Bolívar, who was the second Vice President of the National Assembly for the previous period, will be in charge of the Ministry of Industries.
