COVID: Venezuela registers 569 new cases in the last 24 hours

569 new cases of COVID-19 were registered in Venezuela in the last 24 hours. Mérida is the entity with the highest number of cases in 14 of its 23 municipalities for a total of 180 cases, followed by Falcón with 82, Bolívar with 75, Zulia with 66, Trujillo with 39, Yaracuy with 35 and Táchira state with 20 cases.

626 days after confirming the first case of Covid-19 in Venezuela, 432,514 is the total number of infections, with 419,724 recovered patients and 7,629 current active cases.

Vaccination has been accelerated in the country under instructions of President Nicolás Maduro, which is why Venezuelans are called to go to the vaccination centers without needing a prior appointment to complete their immunization process.
