The Bolivarian National Armed Forces has a clear goal: «to keep our territory free from violence, and the sovereignty of Venezuela.»
This was expressed by the Minister of People’s Power for Defense, Vladimir Padrino López, during a journey of endowment and equipping the health system of the Armed Forces, among other points, which was held at the Bolivarian Military University.
Regarding the effects of the economic, financial and commercial blockade imposed by the United States against Venezuela, and the recent position of Iván Duque, the Minister of People’s Power for Defense, Vladimir Padrino López, affirmed: “Duque opted for war, he is the president of war, of paramilitarism and drug trafficking, he is devalued as the leader of Colombia and has a despicable behavior against Venezuela”.
General in Chief Vladimir Padrino López, responsible for national defense, assured that the Bolivarian National Armed Forces continue working hard to maintain peace in the country.
«We celebrate the efforts of the Commander in Chief, Nicolás Maduro, for dialogue and peace,» he said.
