A total of 1,116 new infections of Covid-19, all by community transmission, were detected in the last 24 hours by the Venezuelan health authorities, with 324,642 accumulated cases to date and 308,900 patients healed.
The entity with the highest number of infections on the day is Caracas, with 190 active infections in 21 municipalities.
The states that follow it are: Nueva Esparta with 155 cases, Monagas with 138 cases and Miranda with 127 cases.
The unfortunate death of 15 new victims was also reported to add 3,886 deaths to date.
