Venezuela registered a total of 897 new infections by Covid-19, 984 by community transmission and 3 imported cases in the last 24 hours.
Community cases are located in states Nueva Esparta (254), Yaracuy (118), Miranda (103), Mérida (98), Caracas (72), Aragua (49), Barinas (36), Lara (32), Monagas (29), Zulia (27), La Guaira (21), Bolívar (17), Táchira (14), Carabobo (12), Sucre (5), Trujillo (3), Cojedes (2), Falcón (1) and Anzoátegui (1)
Of the imported cases, all 3 (2 women and 1 man) entered the country through the Maiquetía International Airport in La Guaira state, coming from Panama.
After 505 days of the pandemic, Venezuela reached a total of 307. 570 confirmed cases, 292,567 people recovered, that is, 95 percent of infections, 11,380 cases are active, 11,178 receive care in hospitals and 202 in clinics.
5,654 patients are asymptomatic, 4,824 have mild acute respiratory failure, 666 moderate acute, and 236 are confined in intensive care units.
Unfortunately, 16 Venezuelans between 42 and 88 years old died of Coronavirus, for a total death toll of 3,623.
