Venezuela registered 1,097 new infections by Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, 1,078 community transmissions and 19 imported cases.
Community cases are located in states Zulia, Aragua, Nueva Esparta, Yaracuy and Lara, (with) 177, 127, 124, 113 and 100 cases respectively.
Of the imported cases, 10 came from Panama, 7 from Dominican Republic, 1 from Spain and 1 from Brazil.
After 498 days of pandemic, Venezuela reached a total of 300,919 confirmed cases, (with) 284,435 people recovered, that is, 95 percent of infections, 12,975 cases are active, 12,676 receive care in hospitals and 299 in clinics.
7,250 patients are asymptomatic, 4,296 have mild acute respiratory failure, 1,015 moderate acute, and 424 are confined in intensive care units.
Unfortunately, 17 Venezuelans died from Coronavirus and the death toll rose to 3,509.
