COVID: Bolivarian Government appeals to conscience to avoid more infections

This Monday, July 26, 2021, begins the week of radical quarantine with some flexibility measures.

In this sense, the vice president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, appealed to the conscience of the people and the economic sectors, in order to face together the arrival of the Delta variant of Covid-19.

In the last 24 hours, Venezuela registered 1,018 new infections by Coronavirus, all community transmissions.

Carabobo continues to be the entity with the most community infections, (with) 162 active cases in 9 of its 14 municipalities, followed by Anzoátegui state with 129 cases. and Zulia state with 122 cases.

Unfortunately, 17 Venezuelans died from Covid-19, and the death toll rose to 3,492.

To date, the general statistics reported by the Presidential Commission for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19 are: 299,822 infections, 283,215 recovered patients and 13,115 current active cases.
