The democratic forces of Venezuela will soon submit to popular scrutiny, thanks to the recent call for elections made by the National Electoral Council.
The first vice president of the PSUV, Diosdado Cabello, during the broadcast of the “Con el Mazo Dando” (Hitting with the Hammer) program, corresponding to Wednesday, May 12, 2021, commented that regional and local leaderships will be measured, the one with the most votes will win and will be acknowledged by the PSUV.
In this sense, he recommended those who participate and do not result winners, to acknowledge defeat with nobility: “May participate everyone who wants to participate, surely the revolutionary forces will present candidates in all municipalities, in all governorates, in all the municipal councils and in all the legislative assemblies”, affirmed Diosdado Cabello.
The senior leader of the PSUV, assured that the party is in the phase of organization and preparation to measure as it corresponds in a democracy.
