Maza: Venezuelan Banking has the capacity to support productive engines

The President of the Banking Association of Venezuela, Aristides Maza, said on Wednesday that the Venezuelan banking system has the capacity to support the 15 engines of the Bolivarian Economic Agenda, driven by the National Government, in order to reinvigorate a new productive model in the country.
“The banking, thanks to the efforts we have all made, is a solid banking that is able to support these 15 engines,” expressed Maza in statements broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión from the Simón Bolívar Hall, in the main headquarters of the Central Bank of Venezuela, in Caracas.
He also noted that public banks have a sustainable financial system to protect the country. “Today we can say that the Venezuelan banking system is well supervised and controlled, and the Superintendency of Banks is a professional body on which are making life more than a thousand officials, trained and willing to work for Venezuela.
