Executive Vice President is in Moscow to present advantages and benefits of Anti-Blockade Law

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, arrived in Moscow, capital of Russia, in order to present in that Eurasian country the advantages and benefits of the Anti-Blockade Law for National Development and the Guarantees of Human Rights.

Rodríguez arrived in Russia in the company of the Attorney General of the Republic, Reinaldo Muñoz; the Minister of People’s Power for Science and Technology, Gabriela Jiménez; and the president of Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), Asdrúbal Chávez.

During her stay in the sisterly nation, the Executive Vice President will meet with senior Russian officials to continue deepening the strategic alliances between both countries, within the framework of the Anti-Blockade Law.

Recently, the head of State, Nicolás Maduro, during a work meeting with businessmen from China highlighted that Venezuela is open to investment in different areas, to advance expansion projects under joint profit mechanisms, as reported the Executive Vice President of the Republic.

The Anti-Blockade Law for National Development and Human Rights Guarantees aims to develop new mechanisms that allow the institutional, legal and operational conditions to overcome the entire scheme of financial, economic and commercial persecution against the people of Venezuela. In addition, the legal instrument is a commitment to innovative alliances and in favor of the promotion of a true economy.

On October 28, the Venezuelan Head of State announced that Venezuela has “a set of requests from countries in Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States to come and invest under the protection of the Anti-Blockade Law. Venezuela is open! ”,
