From the Republic Plan, a Special Biosafety Plan will be established, comprising mechanisms for the transfer and provision of protection and hygiene implements, to guarantee the political rights of voters during the parliamentary elections on December 6.
The announcement was made by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, who explained that the protection scheme directed “to all voters who want to go voluntarily and freely to vote”, will have the participation of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and the Bolivarian Militia.
From Miraflores Palace in Caracas, he pointed out that the biosafety protocol will be met “from your home, from your community to the voting center and from the voting center to your home”.
“It is part of the Republic Plan amidst the pandemic, a wonderful idea to protect Venezuelans and give an extra to the Biosecurity Plan for December 6″, he added.
