Leaked conversation of Hernán Alemán confirming plan to attack Venezuela

The vice president for Communication, Culture and Tourism, Jorge Rodríguez, presented evidences on Monday of a conversation between the deputy to the National Assembly (AN) in contempt, Hernán Alemán, and the former military man, Clíver Alcalá, in which is confirmed the terrorist strategy to assassinate President Nicolás Maduro.

In the material, Alcalá indicated his intention to use the mercenary contract signed by the deputy in contempt, Juan Guaidó, with the contractor of Silvercorp USA, Jordan Goudreau, as well as against the political advisor, Juan José Rendón, for the meeting of the terms agreed in the text, subject to US law:

“Here is a contract. The thing with the contract is this. He says, well JJ (Rendón) can do nothing because he has to explain to the world and the country why there is $300 million in his account, he could have financed this, but he did not finance anything”, he said, noting that the money for the execution of the plan came through donations.

This audio confirms that both Alcalá, linked to the Colombian drug trade, and the parliamentarian of the Acción Democratica (AD) party for Zulia state, were in the preparations for Operation Gideon, frustrated by Venezuelan intelligence last Sunday, May 3 in La Guaira state.

Also, the conversation proves that they sought financing to sustain the training camps for mercenaries, until Alcalá was extradited to the United States.

In that order, he indicated that the plan included destroying Miraflores Palace and that several investors “deposited $ 300 million to JJ Rendón” to finance the terrorist operation, however, Rendón was accused of not supplying the money.

“There was resistance that they would destroy the (Miraflores) Palace, but since it left him very badly, he had to sign. That contract signed by him empowers the participation of groups, as they say “that contract can only be guaranteed by us because they did not met (their obligations)”, Guaidó did not fulfill the contract”, as said Alcalá.

Also, he asserted that the coup strategy would contemplate forming a provisional government that would last about 18 months, as established in the contract spread in recent days by Goudreau, who claimed responsibility for the failed invasion and stated that he would sue Guaidó for including the contract, specifically , the financial contributions agreed for his company and group of mercenaries.

Last Friday, May 15, the investigative blog “La Tabla” released a collection notice issued five days before perpetrating the frustrated terrorist incursion, from the Volk Law firm, located in Florida, USA, sent to deputy Guaidó for the Overdue payment of $ 1.5 million owed to the Silvercorp USA company for the contract signed between the leader and Goudreau, to execute the murder of Maduro and other Venezuelan officials, another test that validates the existence of the contract.

“The contract signed by Guaidó was for 18 months. They enter (the paramilitaries), this was the participation number and here they accept. But their goal here in the contract is the signature against terrorist groups”, he commented in the audio in which an unidentified subject also intervenes.

To dissolve the Bolivarian National Armed Forces:

On the other hand, the terrorists’ intention was to end the FANB by replacing it with a mercenary force managed by Goudreau, and they would dedicate to the looting of public and private institutions to guarantee 14% of the resources established in the contract.

In the violent actions would actively participate the American ex-green berets, Luke Deman and Erin Berry, who were captured on May 4 in Chuao, Aragua state, after the failed terrorist incursion.

“It is the thing of the gringos. Our main objective is that, but not with our troops, (or) with an adviser as I have right now. We are going to have schools here, out of 100 we are going to choose three (military of the Armed Forces). The FANB would be a contractor”, said the former military man.

After executing the dissolution of the FANB, institutional persecution, and guaranteeing security, they would evaluate economic, financial, and political governance.

He also spoke of three elements which would center on a restorative coalition of national unity that would have external advice (Silvercorp) in order to persecute groups and harass the Executive, Judicial and Legislative branches.

Economic and financial interests

“Two large companies coordinating the ticket. Here are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, these are the coordinators that coordinate. All and each one of these companies has a goal for the restoration of the country, and there are going to be only intentional companies that have an essential goal, the logistical problem”, said the terrorist, who last March revealed the existence of the contract after being exposed by evidences presented by the Venezuelan authorities.

Likewise, he mentioned that among the financiers of the plan is the US Office of Drug Administration and Control (DEA) and at least two Venezuelan businessmen. He also said that the plan’s route was up to three years through a contract “to which he will be tied to the provisional government of the national coalition.”

In this regard, Vice President Rodríguez explained that: “we have already confirmed the names of two (businessmen),” and stressed that Deputy Hernán Alemán has economic and friendly ties to the close circle of former fugitive prosecutor, Luisa Ortega, her husband, former-deputy Germán Ferrer, and his figurehead, Zaid Amundaray.

“He says he was at his embassy, he was at a toast and that you made him speak to an official of the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA),” surely he received instructions from this plan”, said the official of the national government.

Rodríguez explained, according to the leaked statement, that those companies that set up a plant to assassinate the President and senior government posts would receive contracts for the provisional government in matters of services, and denounced that the former charge d’affaires of the US government in Venezuela, James Story, held a meeting with Alemán regarding this plan.
