The president of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC) Diosdado Cabello, during the broadcast of his “Con el Mazo Dando” (Hitting with the Hammer) program number 279, denounced the sanctions that the American empire filed on Juan Carlos Dugarte and Gustavo Vizcaíno, former director and current director of the Administrative Service of Identification, Migration and Foreigners (SAIME).
“Do they believe that Dugarte or Vizcaino will betray the Revolution because of that? Will they continue to believe those stories? They say they (Dugarte and Vizcaíno) had some accounts. And where are those accounts, then? Why don’t they take it out to the light?” Said Cabello.
The vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) also explained that with these sanctions, SAIME will not be able to acquire materials for the preparation of traveling documents.
“Now Gustavo Vizcaino cannot sign to buy the materials, and if there are no materials, then who is denied a passport? You, squalid (oppositionist) mister, you Venezuelan mister, but those who promote these sanctions are not Chavistas, but right wing supporters”.
