Chancellor Arreaza described as "absurd" US sanctions against Venezuelan officials

The Chancellor of the Republic, Jorge Arreaza, described as «absurd» the sanctions applied by the United States regime against Venezuelan officials.
«Neither unilateral measures nor economic blockade will curb the sovereign will of the Venezuelan people», he said on his Twitter account.
On Monday, the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of Treasury sanctioned the current director of SAIME, Gustavo Adolfo Vizcaíno Gil, and its former director, Juan Carlos Dugarte Padron.
