Cabello denounces false international matrix with National Geographic Census of Venezuela

The first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, denounced on Wednesday the false matrix, which is intended to promote from international media corporations, regarding the 15th National Census of Population and Housing, which allows the monitoring of the State’s public policies:
“A census does not mean that they are going to take the houses from the people, what we are going to do is check, the Venezuelan State must do it”, said Cabello in his program “Con el Mazo Dando” (Hitting with the Hammer) broadcast from Monagas state.
Different international media indicated that this National Census aims to “put the housing of Venezuelan emigrants at risk”.
In this sense, Cabello said that this census will allow to know the situation of the property and the family that lives in it, and that in the case of housings delivered by the National Government – through the Great Mission Housing Venezuela – these are inhabited by the family to which the home was assigned, and is not being rented.
“This is very simple, if you were given a house and you decided to leave Venezuela, and there they knock on that door and there is no one and then one day someone opens the door and says: I am living here paying rent (…) these houses are not for rent, these houses are for the family”, he stressed.
On August 27, started the training process for the Real Estate Certificate of the 15th National Census of Population and Housing. To this document, the QR code will be incorporated in order to simplify the procedures of public services for Venezuelans.
