President Maduro appointed new deputy ministers and comptroller of the FANB


The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, and commander-in-chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), appointed on Tuesday to Admiral Eladio Jiménez Ratia as Deputy Minister of Defense Education.
The information was made public by the Minister of People’s Power for Defense, General in Chief (G / J) Vladimir Padrino López, through his Twitter account, in which he congratulated Jiménez for this new responsibility he will assume from now.
“Go ahead Eladio, to deepen the educational revolution in our FANB”, Lopez instructed him in a message posted on the social network.
In another message, he announced the appointment of Admiral Erika Virguez as Deputy Minister of Defense Services.
“Erika Virguez, example of a Venezuelan woman; woman of indomitable spirit, combative and of great human sensibility “, underlined the holder for the Defense.
He also reported the appointment of Major General Palacios García as the new Comptroller General of the FANB.
“The MG. Palacios García is a hunter pilot, champion of sovereign airspace; has been appointed by my Commander in Chief Nicolás Maduro as Comptroller General of the FANB. Victor, keep showing your humility and do not forget that the key is to educate to prevent, rather than punish”, added Padrino López.
This type of designation is carried out by the National President in order to renew the military institution, which guarantees peace and security in the nation day by day.
It is important to note that a few days ago President Maduro announced changes in the General Staff of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces. He ratified in their posts to the Minister of People’s Power for Defense, Vladimir Padrino López, in addition to the A / J Remigio Ceballos, in front of the Operational Strategic Command, Admiral Giouseppe Alessandrello Cimadevillla and the M / G Pedro Alberto Juliac, in the General Commands of the Bolivarian Navy and Bolivarian Military Aviation, respectively.
