Samuel Moncada assured Trump's coercive measures are crimes against humanity

The ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the United Nations (UN), Samuel Moncada, described as a crime against humanity the coercive measures that the president of the United States, Donald Trump, and his local hirelings impose against Venezuela.
Specifically, he referred to the subject of health, after the death of two Venezuelan minors, in less than a month, who were waiting for a bone marrow transplant, and who could not be operated due to the criminal blockade by the US government against the Homeland of Bolívar, as reviews a note published on the website of the Ministry of People’s Power for Communication and Information.
In his account on the Twitter social network @SMoncada_VEN he said that Trump and the Venezuelan right wing are enemies of the health of the people.
Samuel Moncada reiterated that these types of actions are massive Human Rights violations.
He stressed that on several occasions the international banking has canceled and rendered ineffective the transfers requested by Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) and other institutions for € 4,851,278 for the treatment of patients.
