The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, ordered on Monday the reactivation of the National Electric General Staff and all the regional Major Staffs, chaired by the Governors, to coordinate the actions of stabilization, maintenance and protection of the National Electric System (SEN).
The body will be chaired by the Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, at the national level.
He also announced the creation of the Executive Secretary of the Electric General Staff to coordinate, review and make decisions regarding national actions that allow the generation, transmission and distribution and care of the electrical system.
For this task was appointed the Minister of People’s Power for Interior Relations, Justice and Peace, M / G. Néstor Reverol Torres.
