Maduro denounces: International right wing turned inauguration into a world war

Nicolás Maduro, president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, said on Wednesday that the international right wing, led by the US government, “turned the swearing-in (of the president) of a democratic country into a world war”, which he considers to have the firm purpose to destabilize the nation:
“They have turned a natural taking of office, of a democratic country, into a world war, what we have seen in recent weeks is unparalleled, the extremist forces have been unleashed on Venezuela, with the aim of destabilizing the country, of filling it with violence, of chaos, to put their hands on the riches of Venezuela”, he told the media from Miraflores Palace in Caracas.
He also indicated that “the Venezuelan opposition … has no margin of maneuver to seek a political response in the national framework”. In his opinion, the opposition has to comply with the orders the Lima cartel gave them in order to overthrow him.
“The people will know how to respond to any attempt, to any action, today, tomorrow, or whenever it is intended, to face any fifth column of traitors who intend to violate Venezuela”, said Maduro. “We will not allow a slip, call it whatever you may call it, whatever charge you may have”, he said.
