Venezuela condemns terrorist attack in Strasbourg

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela expressed its heartfelt condolences and expresses its sincere words of solidarity to the people and the Government of the French Republic, for the terrorist attack registered on December 11, 2018, in the city of Strasbourg.

Following, the Communiqué:

“The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, on behalf of the Venezuelan people and the Bolivarian Government, expresses his heartfelt condolences and expresses his sincere words of solidarity to the People and the Government of the French Republic, on the occasion of the terrorist attack that occurred on December 11, 2018, in the city of Strasbourg.

This unfortunate act of terrorist violence against the defenseless civilian population, which has left the painful balance of at least four people dead and a dozen wounded with different levels of severity, mourns the French people, to whom the Venezuelan people wish to extend their embrace solidarity and in turn transmit their heartfelt words of consolation to the families of the victims and their prayers for the speedy recovery of the wounded.

Venezuela communes with all the Peoples of the world on the principle that peace must be the only way and destiny of humanity”.
