The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, informed on Tuesday that he will initiate legal proceedings against businessmen of the Kelloggs Food Company, located in Maracay, Aragua state.

“Today at dawn the Kellogg’s company closed in Maracay. We will initiate legal actions against these businessmen, because what they did is unconstitutional. We opened the company and delivered it to its workers, today it is producing for the People! “, He expressed through his Twitter account.

He stressed that the workers of the company assumed its reins from this Tuesday.

Earlier, during a rally in Carabobo state, the national leader indicated that the aforementioned company awoke with its doors closed, and deposited social benefits in the workers accounts: “which is absolutely unconstitutional and illegal.”

Given this, the Revolutionary Government through the Ministries of Labor and Economy “opened the company and gave it to the workers. The company is producing with the industrial working class”.
