The Peace Quadrants are a structural and permanent response of the Venezuelan State, regarding the issue of security. This was ensured by the National President, Nicolás Maduro.
“It is a territorial, popular and deep response, where we are forced to transform the entire Venezuelan police system. We must push with force a community police to serve the peace quadrant. ”
He added that the peace quadrant “obliges all institutions, all the power from the State and Government must serve the territorial peace of the quadrants and also unites the capacity and power of the citizen, as an active citizen, to resolve the problem and ensure that wherever it is resolved, the peacekeeping operation of the community will stabilize. ”
Thus was stated by President Maduro during a meeting of the Security Council, held this Tuesday at Miraflores Palace, in Caracas.
