The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, informed on Thursday that he will dedicate the broadcast of the program “Contacto con Maduro” (Contact with Maduro), to be broadcast next Sunday at noon hours, to divulge the achievements by the people within the model of inclusion and social justice chosen by te Venezuelans since 1998, when Commander Hugo Chavez won Phe presidency of the Republic.
He said that the program will join the battle for truth in Venezuela. “I go with everything, and I will demonstrate part of what I am doing, so that our people will take the streets to win the battle of ideas, the battle for the truth of Venezuela,” he said in statements broadcast on radio and Television from Trujillo state.
He warned on the fact that several private communications corporations omit concrete results of the public policies of the Revolution in favor of the population, and therefore he stressed the importance of stimulating political debate in the communities.
“My obsession is the happiness of the people, my obsession is the economic recovery of the country, my obsession is Venezuela as a Power.”
He indicated that the program will focus on seven themes aimed at comparing the model of social justice with the capitalist vision.
The program, which was broadcast on Tuesday nights, will now be broadcast every Sunday, starting next November 13, from 12 noon, through Venezolana de Televisión, after the broadcast of the “Aló Presidente” (Hello, President!) program.
