TSJ reiterated that President Maduro is Venezuelan and has no other nationality

This Friday, the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Tribunal of Justice (TSJ) ruled to confirm that the Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro Moros, is a Venezuelan citizen by birth, and has no other nationality.
Such determination is made based on the review of official documents issued by the highest authorities of the Venezuelan civil registration, as well as irrefutable documents issued by the Colombian State, which counteract the unfounded and reckless accusations made about his nationality.
The incontrovertible evidence credited with absolute certainty that the appointed Venezuelan Head of State, was born in the city of Caracas, by then, Libertador Department of the Federal District, in the La Candelaria parish, on November 23, 1962; and, finally, that he has met and meets the requirements set forth in Articles 41 and 227 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, to exercise the office of Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
Similarly, the Supreme Court of Justice ordered the transfer of a certified copy of the judgment to the Republican Moral Council, the Comptroller General of the Republic, the Public Ministry, the National Electoral Council and the Attorney General of the Republic.
According to a press release by the TSJ, the President “Has been widely credited through official documents issued by the highest authorities of the Venezuelan civil registration, as well as by irrefutable documents from the Colombian Government, which counteract the unfounded and reckless accusations about his nationality”.
