The President of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro, said this Tuesday that the great challenge of Socialism is to build its economic bases with a new productive force.
This was expressed during the broadcast number 63 of his weekly program “Contacto con Maduro” (Contact with Maduro), broadcast by Venezolana de Television, from Miraflores Palace.
The National President, as he began his television program, assessed the various missions that have been built since the arrival of former President Hugo Chavez, because if it were not for the operation and strengthening of the same, “The economic war would had wreaked havoc on the social body of the Venezuelan families”.
In addition the Head of State recalled the five dimensions of socialism raised by the leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, Hugo Chavez, including socialism in the territorial, economical and moral scopes.
Finally, the Head of State sent gus congratulations and appreciation to the athletes representing Venezuela in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, held in the Brazilian city until August 21.
