Tarek William Saab, Ombudsman, manifested that only through understanding within the provisions of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic, will be guaranteed peace in the country.
He said that the success of the dialogue between the parties may be generated “when the high politics make proposals that lead to a positive solution.”
During a meeting with reporters held this Wednesday, the Ombudsman stressed that the dialogue should not be conditional on any request, and therefore he called on the opposition leaders to join the call for peace made by President Nicolas Maduro.
“There are no excuses for here to develop a profound dialogue, such as the one that is being proposed here”, he added.
