The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced the launch of the Presidential Central Command of the People (CCP), a team designed to govern «in the streets in real time» and address problems immediately throughout the country.

During his program «Maduro Live De Repente” (Maduro Live Suddenly), the Head of State explained that this mechanism provides him with the capacity for political, police, military, and social action 24 hours a day throughout the national territory.

The main objective, as explained the President, is to establish a constant and direct relationship between the National Government and all communities.

«The Bolivarian Government is a pioneer in building the new democracy,» he affirmed, reiterating that this initiative is part of his model of 21st century socialism.

The CCP will operate as an institutional bridge to accelerate the state’s response to the needs of the people, complementing existing systems such as the PSUV’s 1×10 program.

Likewise, he acknowledged that the administration faces obstacles, threats, and some «resistance to change from some officials,» but considered these situations normal within any process of political transformation.

Despite these challenges, the President emphasized the need to move forward with the implementation of the new system.

The President demanded his government team to strengthen the visibility of the solutions already achieved. This instruction aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of the community management model and counteract critical narratives by disseminating concrete achievements.

The creation of the Presidential Central Command of the People streamlines the Executive’s operational capacity, shortening bureaucratic distances and positioning the government’s presence as a permanent rapid response force in the public and community spheres.
