President Maduro ratifies Venezuela’s unconditional support to the Palestinian people

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, strongly condemned the genocide in the Gaza Strip on the second anniversary of the start of the offensive. Through his official channel on Telegram, the president reaffirmed his country’s unconditional support to the Palestinian people.

In his message, he denounced this aggression, backed by imperialist elites and the global extreme right wing, as a flagrant violation of human rights. The head of state was forceful in stating that what is happening is not a war, but a genocide committed in full view of the entire world.

He described the offensive as an act of military impunity, financed and supported by the United States and its allies. In his statements, he emphasized that the visual impact of the aggression sends an unacceptable message to the global community.

The president emphasized that the Palestinian cause represents humanity’s most important moral imperative. He underscored the right to life, to the historic land, and to an independent and just State for Palestine.

He affirmed that, in the face of the brutal aggression of the Zionist project, it is an urgent duty to achieve new consensus for true peace. He called on the international community to unite in defense of peace, reconstruction, and justice.

Finally, President Maduro concluded his message with a fervent wish for an end to this barbarism. He expressed his hope that humanity will unite to usher in an era of peace and justice for the Palestinian people.
