Nicolas Maduro, President of the Republic, reiterated on Thursday his willingness to dialogue with the Venezuelan opposition and said that only through dialogue would be achieved peace. In that regard, he summoned on Thursday to the President of the adeco-bourgeois National Assembly, Henry Ramos Allup, for a «face to face» meeting.
«When one says «dialogue» it is as if we insulted their mothers, for them the words «dialogue, peace, understanding», are like rudeness, disrespect. So, for peace in the country, I convene Henry Ramos Allup to a conversation (…) with an open, unconstrained agenda «, said the Head of State from Miraflores Palace.
On a National radio and television joint broadcast from Miraflores Palace in Caracas, he said that Ramos Allup «has a personal pressure that has taken him out of his box, he can not sleep (…) He got into a trap underestimating the strength of a people. Life goes on, Ramos Allup, and maybe you can give a contribution to the history, to the peace and sovereignty of this country. «
