The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, affirmed that the national government fights for the dignity and respect for the human rights of Venezuelans: «Blessed are those who see and believe in this.»

In a message on his social media, the head of state thanked the leaders of the working class for the unity that the people has today more than ever:

«Thanks to the leadership of the entire Bolivarian Workers’ Union, from the countryside and the city, to the leaders of the working class, of the labor, of the transportation, oil, petrochemical, fishing, public service fields, and the entrepreneurs.»

The president asserted that «today we are more united than ever in our love for Venezuela,» building a country for a just cause: «This is our land, and we must continue taking care of it.»
