From the outskirts of the Casa del Pueblo (The People’s House), the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, issued the order that «today begins the work, debate and improvement of the 7T (7 Transformations) Plan, in the 5,338 Communal Circuits of the country.»
This instruction must be fulfilled between February 27 and April 19, 2025, with the objective of developing two products that are included as follows:
1.- The proposals of the people for the national plan.
2.- The plan of the Concrete Action Agenda (ACA) of the 7T, of the Communal Circuit of the territory.
Along the same lines, he added that “on April 19, as it is a historic date for the cry for independence, a great virtual, in-person and interactive national event will be held to receive the 5,338 documents that each of you will write by hand,» with the purpose of maintaining the momentum and strengthening of communal power.
The head of State also reported that an open seminar will be launched, sponsored by the Simón Bolívar Study Center, the National Center for Historical Studies Foundation (FCNEH), the Bolivarian University of Venezuela (UBV), and other institutes.
On the other hand, the Venezuelan president added that this will be carried out with the coordination of the Rómulo Gallegos Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies (CELARG), for the elaboration of a central document with proposals from students, teachers, professors, leaders, and historians in high schools, universities, and communities, all in order to build the historical narrative of the development of the Venezuelan State, from before the colony, until the Bolivarian Revolution, so that «it is one of the bases of studies in the process of training our cadres.»
This was indicated during the development of the commemoration of the 36 years of the Popular Anti-imperialist Rebellion of February 27, 1989, where the President of the nation received thousands of Venezuelans.
