Through a statement on Thursday, the National Armed Forces (FANB) reported that it absolutely and categorically complies with the ruling issued by the Electoral Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), which declares the contentious appeal on the presidential elections of July 28 to be admissible, validating the results issued by the National Electoral Council (CNE).
In addition, in the document is ratified «absolute loyalty to citizen Nicolás Maduro Moros, Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, our Commander in Chief, reelected by the People’s Power, legitimately proclaimed by the Electoral Power and now ratified by the highest court of justice in the country, for the next presidential term 2025-2031.»

“The Bolivarian National Armed Forces, always adhering to the Constitution and laws of the Republic, absolutely and categorically abide by the ruling issued by the Electoral Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, which declares the contentious appeal regarding the presidential elections of July 28 of this year admissible, validating the results previously issued by the National Electoral Council.
Once again, the Venezuelan State, through its legitimate institutions, guarantees respect for the political will of the sovereign, the preservation of peace and the stability of the nation; which was attempted to be altered by far-right wing fascist groups that intended to carry out a coup d’état, for which they resorted to violence and confrontation between compatriots, in addition to terrorist, vandalism and cyber-attack acts, which were duly controlled by the efforts of the civic-military-police union, but which unfortunately left a disastrous balance of several dead and wounded, as well as considerable material damages.
Today we can also reaffirm that Venezuela is not only strengthened in its participatory and leading democracy, but also in its sovereignty and independence from insolent imperial interventionism.
We ratify absolute loyalty to citizen Nicolás Maduro Moros, Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, our Commander in Chief, reelected by the People’s Power, legitimately proclaimed by the Electoral Power and now ratified by the highest court of justice in the country, for the next presidential term 2025-2031; while we reaffirm the unwavering will to continue defending the inalienable rights of the Venezuelan people, such as life, peace and its integral development.
