Diosdado Cabello: Social networks are a public health problem

During the press conference of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (Psuv), the first vice president of the red party, Diosdado Cabello, reiterated the complaint about the attack that the country is subjected to through social networks, and indicated that this is a public health problem:

He reiterated the denounce of harassment and siege against Venezuela through social networks: “It is a problem of public health, mental health and family health. It is a severe problem and when these networks want to start changing presidents, it then becomes a State problem,” he said.

In turn, he stressed that they will activate all the Popular Units for Peace (Uppaz), throughout the country, with a clear and precise structured plan, “because peace must be guaranteed to all Venezuelans, including the opposition sectors.” He added that there must be zero tolerance for fascism:

“There is no negotiation with fascism, there’s no dialogue to establish, fascism must be defeated, it must be crushed and any manifestation of this type must be processed immediately to give the appropriate treatment to a very dangerous current, not only for Venezuela, but also for the world. Here in Venezuela there will be peace, despite fascism,” said Cabello.

Venezuela is at peace:
On the other hand, he stressed that the civic-military-police union has managed to put out the violence that the extreme right wing tried to impose in the country. Cabello assured that the country is at peace due to the State security organs and rejected the statements by the United Nations Organization (UN) about its interest in “mediating” a supposed unstable situation in Venezuela:

“What is the situation in which the UN wants to mediate? There is no situation of disorder in Venezuela, there is no situation of instability in Venezuela. What there is are some fascist criminals who, disowning the results and the electoral body, have called for a violence that their own people have rejected,” he said.

International Criminal Court:
In addition, the first vice president of the PSUV, urged the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Karim Khan, on that, just as he is concerned about Venezuela, he could also be concerned about the people of Palestine:

“We think it is good that he is concerned about Venezuela, but he can also be concerned about Palestine, if time allows, just for a little while,” said Cabello.

He also called on him to review the news in which it is highlighted that 1.8% of the inhabitants of Gaza have been killed by the Zionist regime of Israel: “Do review that, Mr. Prosecutor, that would be easier,” he said.

He denounced that in the face of Israel’s genocide against Palestine, “there is no ICC; prosecutor, there is nothing, because it is about Israel,” he stressed.
