Venezuela activates Bolivarian Fury to neutralize coup plotting and defend peace

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, urged the people to activate Bolivarian Fury against the coup plotting plans orchestrated by violent and fascist groups, with the aim of restoring justice and peace in Venezuela:

If one day the fascists do me some harm, some attack, I leave it in your hands (the people) to do whatever you have to do to restore justice and peace in Venezuela. Activate the Bolivarian Fury,” added the head of state before the crowd that accompanied him on this commemorative day, which marks 66 years of that historic feat of January 23, 1958.

He stressed that as a man of peace, he has repeatedly called for dialogue, “because I believe in democracy, freedom and understanding. I have never surrendered and I will never surrender to the empire, I will never betray the people… I love life, but I am obliged to prepare you, because last year they wanted to kill me five times, nothing is going to stop me, I am going to continue on the streets, continue in battle and I am going to continue protecting you, also, I am going to continue governing this country, with the support of the Venezuelan people,” he said.

In turn, he indicated that the Venezuelan people are committed to peace, tranquility, work, study and the recovery of the country, but in the face of threats from the extreme right wing, the guard will be kept up and ready to defeat any fascist coup they may try.
