Tax collection exceeds 53 million petros in the first semester

Up to now this year, the National Integrated Customs and Tax Administration Service (Seniat) has managed to collect a total of 76,901,731,652 bolivars in taxes, equivalent to 53,173,194 petros, as informed the superintendent José David Cabello, through the Twitter digital network.

Cabello offered details of the collection in the month of July, and said: “Venezuela collected the amount of 11,995,922,177 bolivars, equivalent to 8,294,501 petros”.

He assured that in compliance with the instructions of the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, “Seniat advances in the consolidation of the empowered Venezuela.”

The Seniat superintendent also added that were received 1,611,196,535 bolivares (1,114,051 petros) from the payment of Income Tax (ISRL), 5,947,127,468 bolivares (4,112,102 petros) from the Value Added Tax (VAT); 1,729,829,348 bolivares (1,196,079 petros) from customs.

In another message, José David Cabello stated that, from other internal income, the country obtained 2,707,768,825 bolivares (1,872,269 petros): “We keep overcoming,” he said.
