COVID: Venezuela registered 250 new cases in the last 24 hours

A total of 250 new cases of COVID-19 were detected in the last 24 hours in Venezuela, of which one comes from Turkey, bringing the confirmed cumulative total to 536,086 cases.

The community cases of the day were detected in the states Mérida (77), Caracas (43), Carabobo (31), Amazonas (26), Lara (22), Yaracuy (19), Sucre (8), Anzoátegui (7), Barinas (7), Miranda (4), La Guaira (2), Bolívar (1), Nueva Esparta (1), and Trujillo (1).

This was announced this Monday by the Vice President for Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, during the customary daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through his account on the Twitter social network, @luchaalmada.

On day 869 since the pandemic arrived in Venezuela, the country registers 5,763 as the total number of deceases. The number of recovered patients is 525,419 and there are 4,904 current active cases.
