COVID: Venezuela registered 219 new cases in the last 24 hours

A total of 219 new cases of COVID-19 were detected in the last 24 hours in Venezuela, of which six cases are imported, bringing the confirmed cumulative total to 528,785 cases.

The community cases registered today are located in the states Zulia (66), Miranda (46), Caracas (24), Yaracuy (23), Bolívar (23), Sucre (9), Mérida (9), Guárico (6), Monagas (3), Aragua (2), Nueva Esparta (1) and Anzoategui (1).

This was announced this Wednesday by the Vice President of Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, during the usual daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through his account in the Twitter social network, @luchaalmada.

On day 850 since the pandemic arrived in Venezuela, the country registers the figure of 5,742 deaths with one deceased in the last 24 hours, to complete the figure of 5,742 as the total number of deceases. The number of recovered patients is 520,353 and there are 2,690 current active cases.
