COVID: Venezuela registered 30 new cases in the last 24 hours

A total of 30 new cases of COVID-19 were detected in the last 24 hours in Venezuela, of which three are imported from Panama, Mexico and the Dominican Republic, bringing the confirmed cumulative total to 524,321 cases.

The community cases registered today are located in the states of Barinas (9), Yaracuy (4), Miranda (4), Lara (3), Caracas (3), La Guaira (2), Anzoátegui (1) and Portuguesa (1).

This was announced this Monday by the sectoral vice president for Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, during the usual daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through his account in the Twitter social network.

On day 820 since the pandemic arrived in Venezuela, the country registers the figure of 5,724 as the total number of deaths, with one deceased in the last few hours. The number of recovered patients is 517,479 and currently there are 1,118 active cases.
